Bill Tsai is Managing Partner of ​​Leadership Capital Partners (LCP) in Los Angeles. He leads the firm's Executive Search and Leadership Development practice areas. He helps portfolio companies of private equity firms recruit executive talent. Before LCP, Bill was a Principal with Korn/Ferry International. Bill has completed successful searches for diverse clients, including Fortune 500 and venture-backed companies. Before Korn Ferry, Bill was Managing Director at BankBoston. He led the West Coast Structured Finance and Asset-based lending practice for the Bank.
