I discovered the power of public speaking as a teenager. With funding from speech writing contests, grants, scholarships, and part-time work at Macy's, my dream of going to college came true.
Fast forward to 2004. I launched Dynamically Speaking with a bold mission: empower every business leader served to speak with a strong voice that inspires action. I'm blessed to do what I love.
As Founder, Owner and Operator, my specialty is the design and delivery of customized professional training solutions to help CEOs and their teams communicate effectively with tangible results.
As Executive Speaker Trainer and Leadership Coach, I'm obsessed with finding innovative solutions that consistently delight every customer, regardless of title. Preparing a CEO to deliver a dynamic Keynote speech that engages multi-cultural audiences is a thrill.
As a Business Leader, I’ve learned from the school of hard knocks how to lead with optimism during uncertainty. I’ve been lucky to lead and develop high-performing teams through diverse market cycles, including the tech implosion in 2000, global financial crisis in 2008, and pandemic in 2020.
Before launching Dynamically Speaking, I held Vice President positions in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, and Institutional Bond Sales. My past employers include: The Brenner Group, Coast Partners Securities, and Union Bank Capital Markets Group.
I believe that good things can happen through hard work, perseverance, and a touch of God's grace. While working full-time as a Manager at Bank of America's Corporate Agency Unit, I attended Golden Gate University at night to earn a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree.
In my spare time, I love discovering new hiking trails with my husband, digging in the backyard dirt, and mentoring the next-generation of entrepreneurs.
